The 'in person' courses will have a lot of added extra teaching, like dowsing, crystal grids etc
The 'in person' Reiki Master is for those who don't want to teach.
The 'in person' Reiki Master/Teacher is for those who do want to teach and will include a CD with course manuals etc.
Both online and 'in person' courses include ongoing mentoring.
